Dedicated support

Our team are passionate about giving you and your patients the best support, care, and advice possible. Our experienced customer care team are fully trained and able to help you and your patients with all things product and health related. And if specialist help is ever required, our nursing team are also on hand to help.

Ordering reminders

We generally recommend that your patients should only ever order the products they require on a regular basis. Worried they might forget to place their next order? No need! We’ll send a reminder to your patient when it’s time for them to re-order. And we’ll do everything we can to make sure the process is a breeze for them.

Vulnerable patient support

Our vulnerable patient support programme is an initiative designed to help those patients who may need a little extra help with remembering when or how to order their appliances. It is also available to any patients who have language difficulties. When you register a patient as part of our vulnerable patient support programme, our dedicated customer care team will keep in close contact with either the patient or their nominated carer in order to check stock levels regularly and guide them through the ordering process from start to finish.

Our customer care team are proud to boast a combined experience of over 50 years in customer service and are well-equipped to answer any concerns or issues your patient may also be experiencing, but if specialist help is required, our in-house pharmacy and nursing team are also on hand to help every step of the way.

Once registered with Vyne, a member of our customer care team will call your patient or their nominated carer to help them place their next order. We strive to as accessible as possible for when our customers need us most, with our phonelines open 8am til 7pm Monday – Friday and 8am til 1pm on Saturdays.

Following this welcome call, our customer care team will agree with your patient how and when they would like to be contacted regarding their future orders. This can be by phone or by email. If we have tried calling twice (at the agreed times, of course) but couldn’t get a hold of your patient, they’ll receive a letter from us.

You can let us know which of your patients should be enrolled in the vulnerable patient support programme when you register them with us. You can either do that over the phone or when you fill out the registration form below, using the simple tick box for 'vulnerable patient support'.  Easy, right?

Delivery

We can deliver any appliances to any address in the UK. Completely free of charge, of course! And we know that no one wants to spend all week waiting in for their delivery, which is why you're able to pick a delivery date that'll suit your patient when you register them.

We know that emergencies can happen! So, if there’s ever an emergency and you require express delivery, give us a call on 0344 225 1518.

There’s no need for any extra trips to the shops. We’ll provide your patient with all those essential extra items to go with their order. From wet wipes to bed pads, wash bags to radar keys – we’ll always check what’s required, so you can be confident they have everything they need.
